Sir,today IP University released its schedule for MBBS counselling…and it neglects any state quota……where has all its reservation for delhi candidates gone…..please reply as this notice has shaken all my calculations I was doing for my admission. Thanks in advance.

  11. Shreyas Mitra says:

Sir, I am in a dilemma, I have an AIR about 50, and have left cmc vellore interviews cuz i dont want to go there, but I have got admission letter from BHU which will take in students from 27th july for admissions and wont allow them to leave without giving Rs.1 lakh. In my neet counseling, I ll be getting VMMC in first round but may get MAMC in further rounds. So, I wanted to ask whether VMMC is a good college or not, should I take admission in BHU and can I get MAMC in future rounds?
N i hope, i didnt do anything wrong by leaving CMC interviews because I have trusted your site and kept it behind MAMC and VMMC. And I am very familiar with Delhi city as well and have my relatives there…though I am not a domicile of Delhi.

So plz answer my questions.. I ll be really grateful.

    • Rahul Chawla says:

Well see I was in the same situation 5 years back and it was the reason why I launched this website..it’s a tough decision and it all depends on your priorities..Even i had taken admission in BHU and had to pay 40,000 to come back…till now people ask me ‘why you left BHU?’..the answer is..your own priorities..what I wanted to do..apart from studying couldn’t have been possible in BHU..it is a very good college..but you’ll realize that city does matter..you got to spend at least 8 years of your life here…5.5 yrs MBBS + 3 years PG…and don’t worry CMC is a private college ..but at least you should have given an interview…rank does matter..and read my article..if you are still confused, go and visit Banaras..see the campus..and if still you can not make up your mind..you can talk to any of my friends in BHU..here is my Facebook profile link.
P.S. You are damm lucky! It was a coincidence…I found your comment in my spam box. I won’t have had read it, had I not checked it. If there’s any other doubt, post it on my blog drrahulchawla.wordpress.com or inbox me on my fb profile.

  12. Shubham says:

Sir is there any problem in filling all 131 colleges in neet all india counselling??
if it isn`t so then every one will fill all colleges.
Is there any disadvantage regarding the same ??

  13. Anubhav jha says:

If i take admission through all india quota and then want to take admission through state quota, will i get my documents back at the right time?t

  14. Anubhav jha says:

If i take admission through all india quota and then want to take admission through state quota for a better college will i get my documents back on time?

  15. aspirant says:

can you give some tips for filling the choices during councelling.

i have checked previous years councelling data for the college that i can get according to my rank, so should i fill up that choices in preference of other colleges?

    • rahullmishra says:

This time things are different..u can even get better college than that u matched with ur rank. So prioritize choices such that better colleges do find an earlier place along wid those u matched as per ur rank.

  16. Anubhav jha says:

Sir in neet counselling we can fill only 8 colleges…what if i do not get one among my 8 choices?will i not be allotted any college in 1st counselling???i m really confused…pls help.

  17. sanjuraj says:

  18. MSD says:

    Sir,
I’ve a got a huge no. of doubts for you to clear, please guide me through them. First of all,
I’ve got an AIR 3035 (All India Quota Seats) and AIR-2023 (Others Catg. Rank), I’m resident of MP and I prefer colleges in MP, Maharashtra, Rajasthan or Gujarat.
1.Kindly, guide me as in which order must I fill my Choices to get a seat in a better college…..
2.Shall I get a seat in 1st round of the counseling or shall I’ve to wait for the subsequent rounds?
3.Going through the Counseling List of last year I learnt that guys around my rank got a seat in colleges of WB or N.Eastern states and then through Upgradation they got seats in the colleges of my preferred states. So I wish to ask, whether I should go for such colleges first and then get re-allotment or I should wait for the 2nd round?

  19. All those students those who have qualified but not in All India 15% quota-what will happen to them? Do they have to drop one year to start preparations again?

    • rahullmishra says:

Before that they can look for State Quota Seats,if their state has accepted admissions through NEET-UG,and other institutions like AFMC,BHU(if students have registered earlier themselves with these) etc which are also taking admission based on NEET-UG marks.
