I know my capabilities and i know i will be able to do it , so i am planning to drop an year for the same . So i’ed like to ask whether i should go to a coaching this year or prefer self studies?

Sir,I am from West Bengal.I had given aipmt and wbjee[m] last year.A re test of aipmt will be conducted soon.By, the way in my state I have ranked 5978 rank.So, like others ,I have also taken a challenge in any medical entrance exam without any tution.I have just bought Biology @your fingertips and saw that patience and hard work are the most valuable things that I have not done in my year of 11 and 12.Therefore, after viewing all the posts in the website, I am now asking some Questions.
1.I have taken dlp courses in Allen and Aakash.I am not a student of cbse or isc board.The books I follow for physics are Comprehenaive physics,arihant and Dinesh objective physics.But in the blog I have seen that ussr errorless physics and ratan’s guide book by a.k. Aggarwal are essential.so,are my books sufficient?.According to your suggestion, from the very first day I have studied ncert for biology and inorganic chemistry.The book I follow for chemistry are grb physical,organic,inorganic chemistry and dinesh and arihant objective books.For biology,I have bought biology@your fingertips and I am completely surprised to see the ‘OCEAN IN A SMALL VESSEL.’.and moreover,I have not decided to buy any objective book.So,for self preperation is it okay or not?

Sir, I am in desperate need of help!!! i feel like my life has come to an end with nowhere to go to. I am a student who swears by success and got 9.8 cgpa in 10th. Social sciences interested me a lot but i had this feeling that no matter what i opt i can do anything. But, after opting for science, my performance degraded like anything, i was failing and failing again leading me into depression. No matter how hard i try to focus and improve and get myself back on track i could not. Maths was always a problem for me, so this pre-conceptual mind of mine dreaded numericals of physics and chemistry, so bad my fear was that i was never able to learn or remember any formula. Biology was what got me going. In 12th i scored 78 percent and my whole family was shocked probably because they didn’t expect it. I was not able to clear my medical entrance o’course as even my basics were not clear. My scores were not good enough to enter any good university for general courses like DU. I did not know what to do and dropped the year ( half of the decision was my parents’) , the year passed by quickly and i felt not prepared enough and did not know what to do if not MBBS. Again i attempted the entrance exams and failed in every one of them. As i did not plan anything i have nowhere to go. I filled amity forms for b.tech biotech and du only as other universities required pre-registerations and some entrance exams which i was not knowing, in fact i did not know that i might go for biotech. Today i had my amity interview, everyone told me that that all the tests and interviews are easy and anyone can crack them so i took it lightly and was relaxed. My speaking skills are good so i was quite confident but i did not know what happened there, my voice was low, i was stopping in between too much, my answers were not clear and even the technical questions they asked were so stupidly answered. I came prepared with the 2 biotech chapters of class 12th ncert only. No biotech question was asked by them and instead some basic bio questions. Questions were so basic. One included this- ‘what are the two major systemic portals of heart? ‘ i answered aorta and its functioning and i went black and meekly said pulmonary vein after that, they laughed at me and didn’t ask anything further. I cried and cursed myself for half and hour in amity washroom but still not getting that term starting with letter ‘v’. During travelling back it came suddenly- VENA CAVA. Since afternoon i have crying and do not know what has happened to me. It was all so embarrassing and rude and the worst part is i don’t think i will be getting admitted. I have nowhere else to go to………… i am so screwed up. Please help! I have been writing so long, i desperately need someone to listen to me and help me. :'(

I will be giving aipmt re-exam this year but I am not confident enough to get a good medical college since I had not taken any coaching rather I did self study even for my 12th exam.
