Who we are

This website is run by HealthPil Doctors Academy ("we", "us"). Contact: teamrahulchawla@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• College Predictor: to unlock the full list, we ask for your name, NEET PG rank, NEET PG year, mobile number and email, and verify your email with a one-time code.
• Reviews: your name, rating and review text, and any details you choose to add.
• Dream Branch Assessment: your answers stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.
• Payments: webinar and Clarity Call bookings and payments are handled by SuperProfile. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
• Technical data: our hosting and security tools process basic data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site working and safe. A cookie keeps you verified on the predictor.

How we use it

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and services (such as hosting, email delivery, SuperProfile and Zoom), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep predictor and contact details while they are needed for the purposes above, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
